1. Triple check your measurements! The outside dimensions of your artwork should match the frame size you choose. Message us if you need something custom.
2. If matting your artwork you must choose a frame that is 2” larger than your piece. Matting math can be confusing so please don't hesitate to reach out.
2. All of our frames are made to order. Returns and exchanges are generally not allowed, but if accepted, it must be within 7 days of being received, and up to a 50% restocking fee can be charged. No returns on custom orders, matting, peeled acrylic glass, or international orders. Buyer is also responsible for return shipping.
3. Frames are cut from natural hardwood and can have a veneer or gesso on the outside that gives them their final features. Premium components are used for a custom frame shop quality product that is built to last.
4. Type “vertical”, “horizontal”, or “both” into the personalization section if you would like us to install the hanging hardware for you. We currently do not offer wording or engraving.
7. If you would like to prop your frame up on a surface select the easel mate option or add the separate easel back listing to your purchase.
8. Frames are cut to size with approximately ⅛” allowance. Up to ¼” of the image on each side can be cut off by the frames rabbet.
9. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing. Rush services available. Free economy shipping to the USA. International shipping is subject to additional custom fees as well as shipping charges. Alaska & Hawaii can have transit times exceeding 14 days without upgrade.
